Turn Multiple Images into One PDF for a Submission

Arrange JPG, PNG or WebP images in a PDF and check order, orientation, readability and file size before submitting.

Prepare the source images

Imagine submitting four photographed documents: an application form, the front and back of an ID, and supporting evidence. Put them in the order the reviewer should read them. Check that text is in focus, edges are visible, and each image is upright. Converting a blurry photo to PDF cannot recover missing detail.

Open the Images to PDF tool and add the JPG, PNG or WebP files. Arrange them in the intended order. Review the page size and orientation options. If an image contains a stamp or text close to its edge, choose settings that keep the whole image visible.

Inspect the generated PDF

Generate and download the PDF. In this example, you should normally see four pages unless you selected another layout. Open the result and read it from first page to last: application, ID front, ID back, supporting evidence. Zoom in on dates, identification numbers and stamps to confirm that they remain legible.

If the receiving site has a file-size limit, check the size of the generated PDF before uploading. You can reduce the source image sizes and generate it again, or use a PDF compression tool if the result still meets the site's requirements. Excessive compression can make small text hard to read, so inspect the final download once more.

What this workflow does not do

Combining images produces a convenient document; it does not turn text in a photo into editable text or repair glare, blur or cut-off corners. Confirm the destination's accepted format and size. The conversion runs in your browser, while the decision to upload sensitive documents remains yours.
