Tool Issues and Bug Reports
If a tool is not working properly, please try to provide in your email:
- Tool name and page URL
- Browser name and version
- Operating system of your computer or phone
- Exact steps that reproduce the problem
- Error messages shown on the page
- Screenshots that contain no sensitive information
- File format and approximate size
Please do not send files containing passwords, ID documents, bank card information, API keys, trade secrets or other sensitive content by email.
Most Qudo tools marked "local processing" handle files directly in your browser. We usually cannot view or recover files you process with local tools.
Feature Suggestions
If you would like Qudo to add a new tool or improve an existing one, tell us:
- The problem you want to solve
- The workflow you expect
- Common file formats involved
- Whether batch processing is needed
- Whether it should run entirely locally in the browser
We evaluate suggestions based on actual demand, browser compatibility, privacy risks and development cost, but we cannot guarantee that every suggestion will be implemented.
Privacy and Data Requests
If you wish to exercise your data rights under applicable law, you can email us to:
- Ask whether we process your personal information
- Request access to or correction of your personal information
- Request deletion of related personal information
- Withdraw consent you have previously given
- Object to or restrict certain data processing
- Ask about cookies and advertising settings

To prevent identity impersonation, we may need to verify the requester's identity through reasonable means. Please do not send ID documents proactively unless we explicitly state they are necessary and provide a secure submission method.
Copyright and Infringement Notices
If you believe content on Qudo infringes your legal rights, please provide:
- Name of the rights holder or organization
- Full URL of the complained page
- Specific description of the allegedly infringing content
- Explanation of the rights you hold
- Contact information for replies
- The reasonable measures you expect us to take
After receiving complete information we will review it and, where necessary, take measures such as modification, access restriction or content removal.
Security Vulnerability Reports
If you believe Qudo may have a security vulnerability, please contact us by email and indicate in the subject:

- Disrupt the website or affect normal users

We will review reports within a reasonable scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, we currently do not offer bug bounty rewards.
Response Time
We usually try to reply within 3 to 7 business days after receiving your email. Complex privacy, copyright or technical issues may take longer.
Please do not send the same content repeatedly, as it may slow down processing.
