1. Description of Services

Qudo provides online tools for PDF, image and text processing, format conversion, calculation, encoding, developer assistance and more.

Some tools run directly in the browser on your device. Tools marked “local processing” generally do not upload selected files or input content to Qudo servers.

Processing may differ between tools; the description on each tool page prevails. If a future feature requires sending files to a server, we will clearly notify you before you submit the file.

We may at any time:

• Add, adjust or remove tools
• Modify tool features and limits
• Suspend part or all of the service
• Adjust supported file formats and sizes
• Perform maintenance, upgrades or security fixes

Qudo does not guarantee that any tool will remain available permanently, nor that all features will always be free.

2. Eligibility

You should have the legal capacity required to accept these terms.

If you use Qudo on behalf of a company, school or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Minors should use this website under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian and should not process content unsuitable for minors or prohibited by law.

3. User Files and Input Content

You retain the lawful rights you hold in the text, images, PDFs and other files you input.

Qudo does not acquire ownership of your files by your use of the tools. You should ensure you have the right to process the content and are responsible for its lawfulness.

You must not use this website to process or distribute:

• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other lawful rights of others
• Personal information obtained, disclosed or distributed unlawfully
• Malware, viruses, ransomware or attack code
• Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening or harassing content
• Child sexual exploitation or other serious unlawful content
• Trade secrets or confidential documents obtained without authorization
• Other content violating applicable laws and regulations

Even when files are processed locally in the browser, you remain responsible for your processing actions and their results.

4. Sensitive Information Notice

Do not enter or process highly sensitive information that you cannot afford to expose in Qudo tools, including but not limited to:

• Passwords, verification codes and account credentials
• API keys, private keys and access tokens
• Bank card and payment information
• ID cards, passports and similar documents
• Medical, financial and undisclosed personnel data
• Trade secrets and highly confidential documents

Browser extensions, device systems, network providers and software you install yourself may affect the local processing environment. Qudo cannot control all third-party software or network environments on user devices.

5. Fair Use

You may use Qudo for personal, educational and lawful commercial purposes, but you must not:

• Attack, scan or disrupt the website
• Circumvent access restrictions or security measures
• Overload the server with high volumes of automated requests
• Interfere with the website or other users' normal use
• Impersonate Qudo or falsely claim a relationship with Qudo
• Copy the overall design, content or code of the website without authorization
• Scrape protected content in bulk by automated means
• Use the website for any unlawful or infringing activity
• Use the tools to bypass file passwords, DRM or access controls
• Use the service in a way that may damage Qudo's reputation or security

For abnormal traffic, attacks or serious abuse, we may restrict or block the relevant access.

6. Tool Results and User Responsibility

Qudo strives to improve the accuracy of computation and processing results, but differences in browsers, devices, file structures, encodings and third-party dependencies may cause variations.

You should verify results before actual use, especially in the following scenarios:

• Contracts and other legal documents
• Financial and tax materials
• Medical or health information
• Academic or examination materials
• Formally published content
• Production code
• Important files that need long-term preservation

It is recommended to keep backups of original files before processing. Do not treat Qudo's computation results, conversion results or explanatory content as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Special Notes for PDF and Image Tools

PDF and image processing results may be affected by:

• Whether files are encrypted or damaged
• Number of pages and images
• File size and resolution
• Whether fonts are embedded
• Available browser memory
• Device performance
• Compatibility between formats

Very large files may cause slow browser performance, out-of-memory errors or page crashes.

Compression, format conversion, OCR, image extraction, PDF editing or re-encoding may change quality, fonts, transparency, metadata or increase file size. Please check output files after download.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for content provided by users, the brand names, logos, page design, original text, graphics, code and other content of the Qudo website may be protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws.

Within the scope permitted by law, you may normally access and use the website tools, but without permission you must not:

• Copy or sell the website content as a whole
• Use the Qudo brand in a misleading way
• Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
• Repackage website content into a competing service
• Claim that Qudo's original content was created by you or others

Open-source software and third-party components used on the pages are subject to their own licenses.

Transactions, payments, services, refunds or disputes between users and advertisers shall be resolved between the user and the advertiser concerned, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

11. Service Availability

Qudo provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that:

• The website will always be available or uninterrupted
• All tools are free of errors
• All browsers and devices are compatible
• Results are completely accurate or fit for a particular purpose
• Files will certainly be processed or recovered successfully
• The website is immune to third-party attacks or network failures
• Search engines will certainly index the website or pages
• The tools will meet all professional or commercial needs

Maintenance, upgrades, server failures, network problems, natural disasters, policy changes or other uncontrollable factors may interrupt the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Qudo nor its operators are liable for the following losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website:

• Loss of files or data
• Loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity
• Business interruption
• Errors in output results
• Device or browser failures
• Problems caused by third-party services
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses

These terms do not exclude any liability that applicable law cannot exclude or limit.

Users are responsible for keeping original files, checking results, and taking appropriate backup and security measures according to the importance of the files.

13. Indemnification

If your unlawful use of this website, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these terms causes Qudo or its operators to face third-party claims, penalties or reasonable costs, you may be liable for them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination of Access
