About PDF Page Organizer

This tool lets you visually organize PDF pages directly in your browser. Rearrange page order by dragging, delete unwanted pages, rotate misaligned pages, duplicate important pages, insert blank pages, and combine pages from multiple PDFs into one file. Unlike other online tools, your PDF files never leave your device.

How to Use

  1. Add one or more PDF files by clicking or dragging.
  2. Wait for page thumbnails to load.
  3. Drag page cards to reorder them as needed.
  4. Select pages to rotate, duplicate or delete.
  5. Optionally insert blank pages or add more PDFs.
  6. Review the final page order.
  7. Set the output file name.
  8. Click "Generate & Download PDF" to create and download the result.

Examples

  • Move the cover page of a 20-page report to the first position and delete the last two blank pages.
  • Extract the signature page from a contract PDF and add the first page of an appendix PDF.
  • Rotate pages that were scanned in the wrong direction by 90 degrees and reorder them.

Processing Rules

Pages are output in the order shown in the thumbnail grid. Deletion operations do not modify your original files. Rotation is in 90-degree increments. Duplicating a page does not change the original. Pages from multiple PDFs can be mixed and reordered. The output PDF is only created when you click Generate.

Privacy and Security

Your PDF files are only read and processed in your browser. Files and page content are never uploaded to any server. We do not record any file names, content or page data. Closing or refreshing the page clears all state. After using on public devices, close the page. Files you actively download remain on your device.

Limitations

Large PDFs are limited by device memory. Password-protected PDFs may not be readable. Digital signatures will likely become invalid after modification. Bookmarks and internal links may not remap correctly. Forms and attachments may not be fully preserved. Unsaved results are lost on page refresh.

Yes. Delete single or multiple pages. Use Undo to restore deleted pages.
Can I rotate individual pages?▼
Yes. Select one or more pages and rotate them left, right or 180 degrees.
Can I extract selected pages?▼
Yes. Select pages and click "Extract Selected" to create a separate PDF with only those pages.
Will quality decrease after organizing?▼
No. Pages are copied directly from the original PDF without rasterization. Text, vectors and images maintain their original quality.
Will text still be searchable after organizing?▼
Yes. Since pages are copied as PDF objects (not images), searchable text remains searchable.
Why might digital signatures become invalid?▼
Digital signatures verify the exact byte content of a PDF. Any modification, including reordering pages, invalidates the signature.
Are password-protected PDFs supported?▼
This tool cannot process encrypted PDFs. Please remove password protection first using other tools.
How large of a PDF can I process?▼
There is no fixed limit. The actual limit depends on your browser, device memory, page count, image resolution and PDF complexity.
Does it work on mobile?▼
Yes. The tool works on mobile browsers with touch support for dragging.
Why do thumbnails take time to load for large PDFs?▼
Thumbnails are rendered lazily as you scroll to avoid freezing the browser. For very large PDFs, this progressive loading takes time.
Can I undo mistakes?▼
Yes. The tool supports undo and redo for sorting, deletion, rotation, duplication, blank page insertion, adding and removing files (up to 50 operations).
